Deleting Your Account / Personal Data

You may choose to close your account or delete the data at any time. You can request it by writing to us at admin@trackceonline.com. When you close your account in this way, we may allow you to reactivate it by writing to us at admin@trackceonline.com. If you choose to delete your account by writing to us, please note that while most of your information will be deleted within 30 days, it may take up to 90 days to delete all of your information, like the certificates and CE/CME’s. This is due to the size and complexity of the systems we use to store data. Please note that if your request for the erasure of your Personal Information;

• We may retain some of your Personal Information as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as fraud detection and prevention and enhancing safety. For example, if we suspend a Platform account for fraud or safety reasons, we may retain certain information from that account to prevent that user from opening a new account in the future.
• We may retain and use your Personal Information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations. For example, we may keep some of your information for tax, legal reporting and auditing obligations.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. If you choose to use some of the optional integrations the third party services that we offer we may collect information about you from those services. For example, if you choose to use login options such as Google, Facebook or Apple, we will collect information from those services (i.e. your username, email for that service). Google accounts: If you authorize TrackCEOnline to use your Google Account to login to TrackCEOnline, your name, contact information (usually an email address) may be shared with TrackCEOnline at your discretion. These details will be stored by TrackCEOnline and will generally be treated as if you had manually provided that data to TrackCEOnline under this privacy policy (for instance: to sign in with Google in the future, to contact you). Facebook accounts: If you authorize TrackCEOnline to use your Facebook Account to login to TrackCEOnline, your name, contact information (usually an email address) may be shared with TrackCEOnline at your discretion. These details will be stored by TrackCEOnline and will generally be treated as if you had manually provided that data to TrackCEOnline under this privacy policy (for instance: to sign in with Facebook in the future, to contact you). Apple accounts: If you authorize TrackCEOnline to use your Apple Account to login to TrackCEOnline, your name, contact information (usually an email address) may be shared with TrackCEOnline at your discretion. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
